Setting Up and Connecting Your Mercedes-Benz Wi-Fi Hotspot
To set up your Mercedes-Benz Wi-Fi Hotspot, you’ll need to follow these steps:
- On the main menu of your infotainment system’s display, go to the main menu and select ‘System” and then “Connectivity.”
- From there, you’ll want to press “Set Up Hotspot” and then “Activate Vehicle Hotspot.”
- The last thing you’ll need to press is “Connect Device to Vehicle Hotspot.”
- The menu should now show that your hotspot has been activated and will show you the current Wi-Fi password and the name of the network: ‘MB Hotspot.”
On your smartphone, you’ll need to navigate to your device’s Wi-Fi settings and enter the password displayed on your infotainment screen. After your device is connected to the Wi-Fi Hotspot, you’ll never have to reconnect. The system will remember you – and up to eight devices – every time you re-enter the vehicle.

I don’t have the option for connectivity on my Mercedes Sprinter .. I do see that there’s a hotspot set up but I’m not able to find out what’s the password.
